I catch myself, unconsiously smiling and I think back to

        the simple things that brought us to where we are;

the noise of the lanes, the lives of young adults,

         good food, music, and the blessing of spirits…

Holding hands and great kisses…

          it’s the ‘little things’, and yet…

Each time that I look into your eyes

          there is a physical pull through my body

The Heat inside me multiplies and…

          I’m guessing—you feel it as strongly as I.

Moments…like teenagers, stolen when we can

In chairs beside eachother, subtle touches…

           sitting on the couch with your back to my chest

Just looking at you sleeping,

I loose myself and then you’ve caught me,

            and your eyebrows go up…

 My hands…my arms around you…

                                        Never enough it seems…
