The weekend started with Bear, aka Doug, on-call all weekend. In other words, he spent the majority of the weekend at the hospital. His daughter, Alexis, was a Texas High School Bowling State Tournament. He wanted to be there so much but had to work. Alexis forgive me for borrowing one of your Instagram photos for this post. Rest assured that your dad saw your post and really enjoyed the time you guys talked on the phone.

On Saturday, Mamma, the dogs , and I took a drive out to Fredericksburg. It’s a little over an hour from here but well worth the drive. I took several pictures of the dogs in the Texas Bluebonnets. Mamma couldn’t walk as far so I found roadside stops to take pictures of her. Wildseed Farms is the largest working Wildflower Farm in the USA. It is always relaxing and beautiful. It doesn’t matter if you go daily. Everyday is a new experience. Here are some of the photo’s I took this weekend.
